Before coming to the United States, Mrs. Lu spent her years in Taiwan and Mainland China. She graduated from Tsinghua University (Beijing, China) with a B.A degree in Chinese language and literature. Mrs. Lu believes that the study of foreign languages offers a sense of understanding, encourages respect for other people, and helps reduce prejudice toward people who are different. She enjoys reading, films and plays.
