In addition to her teaching duties, Mrs. Gallagher served in 2016 on the accreditation committee for the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, as part of visiting team at CATS Academy (Braintree, Massachusetts). She also attended the 2016 National Conference of Teachers of English in Atlanta. As an undergraduate, Mrs. Gallagher studied Anglo-Irish literature at University College Dublin. After college, she taught English as a participant in the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Program in Miyagi-ken, Japan. A Lauralton alumna, faculty member and parent, Mrs. Gallagher is also active in St. Ann parish in Milford. She enjoys reading, film and travel.
