Tryouts for Cheerleading: 

There will be cheerleading tryouts on Saturday, September 14 from 11:00-1:00 pm and Monday, September 16 from 3:00 – 5:30 pm in the Athletic Center.  Any students who have not already registered and are interested in trying out for the team should complete the online registration in FinalForms by Wednesday, September 11.  This includes uploading a current copy of the student athlete's physical to FinalForms.  Please note: Students must attend BOTH tryout days. Contact Athletic Office Manager Mrs. Kim Bernier with any questions

 

Sports Physicals

Annual current physical examinations are required of students who participate in any sport. A current Health Assessment Record Form (within thirteen months of the physical exam) must be on file and approved by the nurse for a student to try out for, practice or play a sport at Lauralton Hall. According to the CIAC regulations, if the form expires during the playing season, a new form is required without lapse or the student will not be able to continue participation.

 

Baseline Testing

Freshmen, junior, and transfer athletes will be required to take a baseline impact test before tryouts begin.

Please note you will need an external mouse or trackpad to complete the Impact Test. Touchscreens should not be used for test administration. 
All baseline testing must be completed by Friday, August 9.
