To allocate aid fairly, we enlist the services of Independent School Management’s FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition) program. ISM’s FAST does not decide whether financial assistance will be given or how much to give; rather FAST provides a need-based financial aid analysis for subsequent blind review.
Between July 1 and November 15 each year, you may complete and submit the online financial aid application for the following school year. Parents who wish to apply for need-based financial aid (including those whose daughters are currently applying for admission to Lauralton) will need to complete the online application and forward all forms to FAST no later than November 15. Financial aid applications received after November 15 will be reviewed only as funds are available.
Financial Aid Program Policies and Procedures Manual
This manual clarifies the program's rationale and sets forth the parameters of participation for all who seek financial assistance for a Lauralton Hall education.
The Mercy Merit Scholarship is awarded to students entering Grade 9 who demonstrate strong character, outstanding academic achievement, intellectual curiosity, leadership qualities, and a commitment to contributing to their school community.
This scholarship is funded annually through the generosity of passionate Lauralton Hall Alumnae and Parents who have seen the value of a Lauralton Hall education and desire to support our continued Mission: to empower young women to reach their highest potential through lifelong learning, compassionate service, and responsible leadership in a global society.
Merit Scholarships of $2,000 - $5,000 are presented to students who have distinguished themselves as outstanding scholars and citizens. We require the submission of supplemental materials to be considered for this recognition. More detailed information can be found within the online application. Recipients of the Mercy Merit Scholarship receive an annual grant that is renewable provided students maintain strong academic status and an impeccable standard of good citizenship and commitment to the Mercy Values.
