Welcome to Lauralton Hall!
I have seen many changes at Lauralton throughout my years in our admissions office. Perhaps the most significant change is happening right now, as we all have adapted to endure the COVID-19 pandemic together. Yet, our mission remains unchanged. We are committed to all-girls, Catholic education in the Mercy tradition. And, as an independent school, we are self-reliant and resilient – qualities we model for our students as they learn and grow during their four years here.
We are fortunate that Lauralton is just the right size - small and nimble enough to reopen campus in September 2020 at a full five-day schedule, with the proven ability to transition smoothly to online learning when necessary; yet big enough to welcome students from 45 cities and towns in Connecticut, New York, and internationally, with the ability to accommodate a student’s choice to learn on campus or enroll in our online learning program, "LauraltonatHome."
I invite you to explore Lauralton's historic campus on our virtual tour. Take a look at the ways Lauralton has thrived for 115 years. And, listen to members of our community talk about the ways our girls are thriving now.
Although our traditional enrollment events will be different in 2020, please inquire and we will send you information about other opportunities to connect with us. Also, we are happy to schedule a video call with you to answer your questions personally. We look forward to meeting you!
Listen to students, parents, faculty, administrators, and alumnae talk about the ways our all-girls school provides a warm and welcoming environment in which girls thrive.
