As a freshman/sophomore counselor, Mrs. Chamberlain helps students transition successfully to ninth grade and to navigate sophomore year productively. She is a member of the Connecticut School Counselor Association, the American School Counselor Association, and Chi Sigma Iota, an international honor society for counselors. Mrs. Chamberlain also serves as moderator for Lauralton’s Youth Awareness Club and is co-moderator of the Debate Team and Club. Earlier in her career, she worked at Norwalk High School and Fairfield Ludlowe High School. A mother of three young adults, Mrs. Chamberlain is active in supporting women’s and children’s issues. She completed the Avon Breast Cancer walk (39 miles in two days) and has participated several times in the Make a Wish Foundation’s Color Run.
