Katie Petteruti (formerly Hutchinson)

Mrs. Petteruti joined the Lauralton Hall community in 2016 and has been serving as school counselor for all grade levels at Lauralton since 2018. She also is moderator for Lauralton's Mock Trial Club. She holds a master’s degree in school counseling from Fairfield University and a bachelor’s degree with a dual major in psychology and mathematics from Iona College. She is a Connecticut State Certified School Counselor and a National Board Certified Counselor. She also is a member the American School Counseling Association, Connecticut School Counselor Association, Chi Sigma Iota: International Counseling Honor Society, and Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority, Alumnae.

Mrs. Fracker is a Connecticut State Certified School Counselor and a member of the Connecticut School Counselor Association. In addition to her counseling role she manages Lauralton’s Career Day, which brings together women from a variety of professions to talk about their chosen fields with Lauralton students. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Fracker worked at Jockey Hollow Middle School in Monroe and as a substitute teacher in Trumbull.

 

Erin Chamberlain

Mrs. Chamberlain is school counselor for ninth and tenth grade students. She also is an instructor for Lauralton's First Year Experience, a signature program designed by Mrs. Chamberlain to help freshmen navigate the transition to high school. She is a Connecticut State Certified School Counselor as well as a member of the Connecticut School Counselor Association and the American School Counselor Association. Mrs. Chamberlain also serves as AP Exam coordinator and moderator of Lauralton's Debate Team and Club. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Chamberlain worked at Norwalk High School and Fairfield Ludlowe High School. She is active in supporting women’s and children’s issues. Mrs. Chamberlain completed the Avon Breast Cancer walk (39 miles in two days) and has participated several times in the Make a Wish Foundation’s Color Run.
