Director of Annual Giving
Primary responsibility of the Director of Annual Giving is the strategic execution and management of a comprehensive annual giving program, including the coordination and oversight of supporting initiatives in the areas of development services and donor relations. The Director of Annual Giving develops and implements strategies and programs that include the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of annual gifts from trustees, alumnae, parents, faculty/staff, students, and friends. Lauralton Hall is seeking a full-time Campus Minister for the 2015-2016 school year who will promote the mission and values within the context of the school’s Catholic and Mercy traditions. The successful candidate must demonstrate spiritual maturity and an ability to respond enthusiastically, energetically and collaboratively in addressing the spiritual needs of our high school young women and the school’s community. Experience in implementing programs in liturgies, spiritual reflection, retreats, scripture discussion, social justice and community service outreach and trips a must. Applicants must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in theology or pastoral ministry or related field.
